You might decide to pocket the extra cash and go for the less expensive model. However, if price is not really a problem, other considerations may be used.
Neighborhood – the neighborhood can be a very good deciding factor since no two neighborhoods are alike. Evaluate the proximity and condition of nearby locations. Are the streets and the park well maintained? Are the restaurants close? Is there a church within the community? Neighbors can also decide for you, if you feel as though the community is friendly and open to new faces, then it just might be the nudge you need to choose a house.
Crime – even the most peaceful neighborhoods are not free from crime, however, there are those that have such minimum cases of offenses. It might be helpful to check out crime rate in the neighborhood for overall protection.
As mentioned above, other factors may come into play the longer you look over a particular property. Reviewing the situation of the real estate might make you come up with problems or disadvantages you have not noticed before.
